Product Submission Guidelines:
Thank you for your interest in submitting product to Berean Christian Stores®. We regularly review new product to determine if it fits into our current product mix and marketing plans, however, we are only accepting digital submissions. You may email digital files – scanned sample pages, product photos or sound files to: customerservice@berean.com. We will contact you if we have further interest. Submissions that are shipped to our facilities will not be considered or returned.
Here are a few key points to keep in mind when submitting a product for reveiw:
• Product will be reviewed and evaluated based upon our current product mix and marketing plans.
• Please include a copy of your specific marketing plans.
• Please include a copy of your current terms and discount schedule.
• Please identify the distributor(s) that carries your product.
• All our vendors and distributors must be EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) compatible.
**Unless your title is being handled by one of our current distributors (Spring Arbor, Ingram or STL Distribution), it is unlikely that we would be able to carry it in our stores due to the high costs associated with single title orders.
Please in the email subject line the category which best fits your product(s) from the following list:

• Children's product
• Cards
• Gifts
• Church Supplies
• Music
• Video
• Apparel
All products received for review will be given consideration based on the above points. Should your product be accepted please allow 4 - 6 weeks for our response. Due to the high volume of submissions we are not able to reply to everyone.
