We will ship your entire order for FREE if the subtotal amount of your order is over $49!
All orders will ship via UPS Ground (see chart below for estimated delivery times).
Orders submitted before 11:00am EST, will be shipped the same day Monday thru Friday. If submitted after 11:00am EST, the order will then ship on the next business day.
NOTE: Any order that has a PO Box in the 'Ship To' address will be "rejected" in our system as UPS, our shipping service provider, is not able to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Shipping Information
If your order subtotal is less than $49 you have the option of choosing the way your product is delivered to you. Domestic shipping charges are calculated with a base rate and a per item rate. The base rate is applied once to the entire order. The, per item, rate is applied to every item (not title) in your shopping cart. Shipping times and rates are listed in the table below. Shipping fees cover postage, packaging and handling fees associated with order delivery.

Return policy
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify Customer Service at customerservice@berean.com or 877-405-7194, within 30 days and follow their instructions for returns. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unopened, we will be happy to exchange it for you. All Media (CD, DVD, Accompaniment Tracks), if opened, are non-returnable unless damaged or defective. Original shipment and handling charges are not refundable, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipments. Each package will include a ‘Return Label’ for your convenience. If you live near a Berean store, you may also choose to return your order directly to the store. When returning to a store you will need your packaging slip accompanied with the original email order receipt. If you do not have the origianl email pruchase order receipt you can contact Customer Service at customerservice@berean.com or 1-877-405-7194, in order to obtain one.
