LenaWood has seeb spritual warfare up close and personal during her tenure as a missionary to Japan. She is passionate about the power of prayer and has led prayer journals to the foreign field, using these experiences as inspiration for the Elijah Creek series. Lena Wood is a painter, writer, and singer with a strong interest in using prayer and Scripture for spiritual battle and personal growth. She has made numerous trips to Japan and organized prayer journeys focused on spiritual warfare. An author of published articles, skits, screenplays, and curriculum, this is her first published book. Lena is most content when the trunk is packed, the gas tank is full, and she has a map in her hand. When she is not on the road, Lena spends her time in Cincinnati, Ohio. (she is also the painter of the character portraits used on the front covers of the series.)
