"To create something detailed yet small is so gratifying," Holly explains. "I find inspiration in color. I enjoy lovely textures, too. That's why I prefer to crochet with fine yarn or thread, so the texture of the stitches will really be visible." Several of Holly's designs have appeared in magazines, and she has a book of designs for fashion dolls. She is a wife and proud mom who says, "I learned to crochet when I was a child, but it wasn't until my son came along many years later that I got really excited about crocheting.
