Murray, Andrew
Andrew Murray (1828-1917), the son of missionary parents to South Africa, served as a pastor to established churches and to the thousands of unchurched migrants in Cape colony. He also spoke extensively at the Keswick and Northfield Conferences and at evangelistic meetings in the United States, Canada, and Great Britain. Murray is known throughout the English-speaking world for his devotional works that include Abide in Christ and With Christ in the School of Prayer.
